Mar 24,2024I had a personal loan with this company before, so I initially was trying to get another personal loan, but I realized they were only doing HELOC's now. I didn't really want to take out a big loan on my house so I was happy to see that I was able to take out a small loan without using all of my equity. As I said, this is my second loan with this company. They are easy to work with and are fast at funding, and you can do it all online. I would highly recommend this company.

Mar 23,2024This company was mediocre at best but then I had a house fire and had to give them control of four times the amount of money I owed them. Long story short I paid them off and I am still having issues getting my insurance claim money that they have had for more than a year! They are greedy petty and unprofessional

Mar 23,2024They made the process so easy and quick that I actually thought for a minute this was a scam. Simply link to IRS for income, attach bank statements for money xfer. No in person appraisal neede- done on line. Use eNotary to sign documents. And half as expensive on origination fees as a couple others I looked into. And I had a couple questions throughout the 1 day process and they had live humans answer the phone. It was glorious.

Mar 21,2024I was getting hounded by HELOC providers after getting preapproved at another company. They also kept pushing me towards a loan instead of a line of credit. I got fed up and found Figure Lending. The process was extremely easy and they had great customer service (almost no wait time). I was funded in 5 days with no hassle.
