Great customer service Luz helped a ton in helping with account issues. Great food, great timing.
The food is overly salty, frozen, and not great tasting. I didn't finish most of the meals and they were very small. Tried cancelling but there's no way to cancel through the site, no one answers the phone when you call, and the "Live Chat" is just a bot that tells you that they will call you within 2 days. I wish I stuck with Factor 75 or FreshnLean, they're both great and easy to cancel if you decide to. Edit 5/31 - Emailed the email below already since I found it on Reddit under one of the many FlexPro scam threads and no reply. I emailed again today after the response from FlexPro here on Trustpilot, still no reply or phone call. DO NOT ORDER FROM FLEXPRO!! all these positive reviews must be bought and fake.
Marcela was incredibly helpful with a payment dispute - easily filing a claim quickly and efficiently. I love the customer service just as much as the food!

My subscription shows that it is charged for every 2 weeks, not every 10 days, but I still got charged early. My plan also clearly shows that they ship the week of June 4th, but today is clearly May 30th, and they aren't able to issue a refund since it has shipped in supposedly shipped 5 whole days early. Even though they admitted to being wrong Altair, in Account Management did nothing to help me out after I acknowledged that I needed a refund and to cancel my order and cancel my subscription. I never received a reminder email and I would've never chosen those meals chosen for me. This is why I will never go back to this company. Bad customer service. Also note that Altair stated that he is has no manager and is at the top of the company.
Jessica was super nice, helped me all the way, the order was solid, and her service was just as good as the food. The food is bussin!! The best meal prep I’ve tried. Super reasonable prices, and easy to order. I’m glad to subscribe to this meal plan.

I’ll be getting my first delivery tomorrow, but so far the customer service has been great. I was recommended this food service from someone who buys them and he had freezer full! He said they were great and had helped him loose 60lbs. I’m looking forward to trying them myself and will update my reviews then.

Been using flexpro meals for 2 months now and I can say with confidence it’s the best tasting meal prep service I’ve used. I can’t recommend it enough. So many excellent choices to choose from.

This is an amazing meal service. The meals are perfectly portioned and delicious. There was an incident where half my order was incorrect, specifically 12 of the 21 meals I received were incorrect. This sucked but the rep assisting me (Marcela) was super nice and understanding. She spoke to her manager and they are sending me my correct order at NO COST! That is amazing service. I'm going to be using this meal service for long time.
