Olga was a phenomenal customer service agent through FlexPro meals. I asked if I could cancel a shipment and she gave me a 1 time courtesy credit for a free shipment. It was all through text and it was very fast, easy, and accommodating.

The meals taste great but after paying a little closer attention to the ingredients I began to notice that they contain very high amounts of sodium. Also the list of ingredients for each meal is really big and loaded with chemicals that you would only know what they are if you are a chemist or individually looked up each chemical. I decided to cancel my subscription and start looking for healthier options. Since you can't cancel the subscription on your own you are directed to either enter the chat on their website and talk to one of their agents, send them a text message or call them. I tried the fist two and never received a response. I ended up calling them and they kept insisting on continuing with my subscription. After several minutes of going back and forth and explaining the reasons why I was trying to cancel my subscription the agent agreed to go ahead and process my cancellation request. The next day I receive an email from them with a date of when my next order will be processed. It is extremely annoying that I have to invest so much time and effort just for trying to cancel my subscription and avoid being charged again for a service I do not wish to continue doing business with.
