I am just about to get my 3rd box from FlexPro and thought I had made a mistake when editing my meals. I thought I might have accidentally created 2 accounts. I messaged FlexPro customer service and received a reply from Muriel in less than 5 min. She had already checked my account and let me know I did have just one account. So easy! Love this customer service! Fast, competent and friendly!!! And btw Iām loving my FlexPro meals!!

this place is a scam! Do NOT order from these people. I tried to cancel an order 2 seconds after it was placed. It took 2 days for somebody to call me, they said I wouldnt be charged, they charged my card anyway and I never got the food! Run AWAY from this place!

When I received my meal nox this week there where 4 meals that were wrong. I got on the text chat and Ariel helped me. It was quick easy and painless. I have not had any issues. This being my first but I had used the chat before to pause my subscription for a week while I was out of town. Each time I have used it they were prompt courteous and super helpful and nice. Ariel was awesome. You guy's have the best customer service. Mark
Ariel was able to help me out, I just wanted to try the product and the website automatic assigned you to a committed account, I didnāt notice. Ariel suspended the account until I try the product and I decided not to commit I have to contact them and cancel the account.
