its been a few months and I'm having some issues with consistency, company made several mistakes. I asked for the company to correct their mistake, had to fight them for a long time, Katherine decided to cancel any of my orders for two weeks and give me my discount 3 weeks away. This was absolutely unprofessional and it deserves attention. LUZ was amazing today. Your company now has to provide free meals to me because of Katherine's decisions. LUZ thank you for all your help today. True showcase of a model employee she deserves a raise for LISTENING, CARING, and HELPING.
Tried to make a change to my subscription but ended up delaying my next order too far out. I tried calling but it was already after customer service hours, so I thought I was going to have to wait until the next morning for help. I used the automated chat to look for my first order delivery date but couldn’t find what I was looking for. A representative named Ariel reached out shortly after and helped answer my questions all in the same day.
Started out pretty well with this subscription, the food was good and the portions were decent. I have actually been using them for some time now, but I'm looking into other options because FlexPro is deceiving to their customers and support won't/can't address the problem. The whole reason I got this subscription was to conveniently start to add calories to my diet and gain healthy weight and muscle. It's made pretty difficult when some of these meals clearly went down in calorie count and some meals are ~300 calories to begin with. The portions were absolutely and undeniably made smaller about a month and a half ago. I know this because I had 2 of the same meal from different weeks and even the label indicated there was less food. 580 calories vs. 490 with the new batch. I checked because I could feel the containers were lighter and not even half filled. When I brought this up with support, I simply asked if they had sent out customer communication that they would be charging us the same amount for less food. They indicated the smaller portions were a mistake and they would waive all charges on the next order, despite me telling them even the labels had changed. Fine, but the problem was made worse when the lighter meals continued to arrive. I'm sure their support is reading from some SOP with flow charts and approved responses, so I'm sure I was given a canned response to my problem. No notification to paying customers, just give them less and hope they don't notice I guess. This does not help me adhere to my fitness goals at all, which is the premise of their marketing campaigns. Good news is there's lots of meal delivery options out there. TL;DR - The food is pretty good, the portions are small and they lie to you about it. Subscription price is too high with this being the case.

Customer Service at FlexPro is the best, by far! Every agent I have been in contact with has been great. Today, Lourdes was just wonderful. She handled my request with ease and grace and helped me in every way she could! My only issue with FlexPro is when a meal is no longer offered or is out of stock, you cannot pull up the complete nutritional information, and it it no longer printed on the label. On the label is only a few pieces of the total nutrition information. Personally, I prefer to see the complete label. Is this something that FlexPro can change or make available more readily?

A few weeks ago I tried to cancel my subscription, but the representative convinced me to only put an extended pause on it, and I'm so glad I did. After researching several other companies, FlexPro is by far the cheapest with plans and options that meet all my needs. Today's experience reinstating my plan sooner than the original pause date was quick and painless--Marcela was AMAZING!
