Jun 23,2024I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a £50 bouquet from this company, and I must say that I am deeply disappointed with both the product and the customer service provided. Firstly, upon receiving the bouquet, I was appalled by its horrendous condition. The flowers were wilted, some were damaged, and the overall presentation was far from what one would expect from a product in this price range. It was evident that the bouquet had not been handled with care or prepared with the attention to detail that should accompany such a purchase. Seeking a resolution, I reached out to their customer service department via email. It took an five working days for them to respond. Unfortunately, their proposed solution was equally disappointing. Rather than offering a full refund for the subpar product, they suggested redelivery of the bouquet. It is simply illogical to expect me to accept a replacement when the initial delivery was in such an unacceptable condition. A refund would have been the appropriate and fair course of action. Furthermore, the lack of empathy and understanding from the customer service representative was disheartening. Considering the exorbitant price I paid for this bouquet, I had expected a premium product and exceptional service. To potential customers reading this review, I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. The quality of their products is severely lacking, and their customer service is unresponsive and unsatisfactory. I regret my decision to trust them with my order and sincerely hope that they take this feedback seriously to improve their offerings and customer support.

He was so helpful and accommodating, helped us pick out the best combination for our friend’s birthday and was great to talk to! Beautiful place beautiful people, everyone needs to go. Thanks SERGIO!

We ordered flowers for an event in my son's school Harrow boys and she took so much personal interest and her team was beyond amazing ! Jun 30,2024Have just spent a lovely afternoon with my daughter at Flower Station, Hampstead, learning how to create a hand tied bouquet. Would highly recommend to all of you who love flowers! Maissam was wonderful and very patient on a very hot day in the greenhouse! Can’t wait to go back again to learn some more. We didn’t really know what we were getting but the results are amazing. Absolutely beautiful flowers and have now learned how to prepare and care for them. Worth every penny!
