I ordered tulips from Flower Station. Unfortunately they fell short of expectations. The flowers were definitely past their sell-by date, leaving me very disappointed. They might last a day at most.
We recently appointed Flower Station to provide the flowers for our venue photo shoot at BMA House and were delighted with the service we received from Neli and her expert team. Flower Station beautifully dressed our Garden room, Paget room and Prince's room according to our brief, meeting our budget throughout. Suggestions were made to ensure we showcased seasonal flowers only. The fresh flowers arrived on time & were safely unloaded & set up in place ready for our shoot the next day. I can highly recommend Flower Station for venue dressing for any occasion.
Did not deliver on the chosen date. Had an email on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered to say they are now on hold and won’t be delivered until TWO days later as they don’t offer next day delivery to that postcode. At no point during the ordering process did it ever elude to that. When you order you get to choose which day and there is never a message to say it may not be possible in certain areas. When approached about this, the company sent back an automated message. Refund has not arrived either. Avoid at all costs!
The quality of the flowers, the speed of response and the customer service were all of the very highest quality. Having now found you I shall certainly use you again in the future.

Beautiful roses, wonderfully packaged and delivered on time. These particular roses received so many compliments in a room full of flowers. They also lasted so well, I got about 2 weeks of day 1 freshness before they started to wilt slightly. Very happy with these, worth the price and will definitely purchase again.

I can’t thank Alex and the Flower Station team enough for having the gift I ordered delivered to my Godmother right on Mother’s Day, although the plant was order only the day before and the address was outside London. It warms my heart to know that there are still people like them prepared to go out of their way to make an almost impossible request come true. My Godmother was so happy, and so were we! I will definitely use them again!
When you buy flowers for someone you ultimately put faith into the florist to create something beautiful, and to follow through on the delivery on time for your loved ones. Flower Station is perhaps the most pathetic, effete florist I’ve ever used, with lacklustre customer service and the laziest delivery system I’ve ever seen. They missed delivery, and made no reattempt to deliver. Despite being out to deliver at 11am, they attempted delivery at 9pm after my recipient had been waiting all day and could no longer wait at home. They have ultimately ruined a special moment for me, and I IMPLORE everyone who reads this review, DO NOT TRUST THIS FLORIST, you will regret it. The ignorance, lack of communication and delusional self belief/ self promotion this company has, is an illusion. In London you have plenty of other capable florist options that can fulfil your order in London. Floristry is such a simple business and THE FLOWER STATION CANNOT DELIVER. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR SPECIAL DAY.
Very poor quality! The flower weee not as advertised it was less then a quarter of it! I paid for delivery before 10.30 and it got delivered at 3.30. Overall a very bad and expensive experience! Stay away… and the answer has not got much better… as I paid for a service and they have not even offer any refund of something that I paid for and I did not get… I can confirm! Stay away very unprofessional company
i ordered my girlfriend an “sweet anna” bouquet for and my expectations were met and more ! it was stunning and packaged so nicely and securely. would really recommend and i would definitely come back !

May 12,2024I ordered flowers through Interflora for my daughter who had just got out of hospital. The tracking update showed them as delivered but they weren't received. No proof of delivery, no calling card left, no driver seen on CCTV. I contacted Interflora but all their lines of communication stop at 1700hrs and of course, you aren't informed which florist they have used. Eventually I managed to get an agent on livechat who told me that it was Isle of Flowers - London Bridge. I have telephoned their landline number which takes you to a Vodaphone messaging service but they don't respond despite messages being left. Flowers ordered the same day from The Flower Station at 16:50 arrived within 2 hours - the courier rang and took photographs of the delivery. I would advise using them - there was no delivery charge unlike the £9.00 Interflora charge and the flowers were magnificent.
