Easy to order and quick delivery
Never order flowers from this company. I ordered 2 bouquet of flowers for international girlfriends day. I selected same day shipping, but did not arrive that day. No email was sent to me on why it never came that day, especially when I paid 15 pounds for shipping. In addition, this company never sent me any emails updating me of the situation. My order has been on HOLD for a while and I cannot get in contact with their support team. I am currently in America and these flowers were for my girlfriend, who is in London right now. Very disappointed, I will keep everyone updated on this current situation. If they do not decide to help or issue me a full refund, I will go out of my way to make sure no one ever uses their services ever again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. YOU WILL ONLY WASTE YOUR MONEY AND WILL BE COMPLETELY DISSASTISFIED.
Cos no one was home they called to find out where they could leave them instead. Impressed they didn’t just leave them omn the door step and lovely flowers 🌺 of course

Good quality flowers. The delivery is always great, a little thing that I would say needs to be improved is the timing of the delivery. As a customer I would like to get an estimated amount of time for the delivery but I don’t get it. Only a small issue the rest is perfect.
Varied and original plants and fantastic service
I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday at 2am, so that I could be sure payment and order was through to Flowerstation before 9am. As their website states that ordering before 4pm in London, means you get delivery within 3 hours. I wanted to make sure I definitely got flowers to my mother's house before 5pm as I know she had a dinner planned for 6pm - so this way I gave ample time. At 3:30pm, i finally got an email notification to say my flowers were out for delivery. I was SO releaved as I had been trying to call them since 12pm as I couldn't see any status change on my order and I was getting worried. Unfortunately, no one answers the customer service line so i could only leave voicemails, and left a kind email inquiring when I could expect the delivery. At around 3:45-4pm, I got a call from flower station, claiming the flowers I asked included hydrangeas which were out of stock. Apparently they had found out in the morning, and were waiting to see if they would get more, and realised they could only get more at 8pm. I said, i would have preferred to have been notified of this problem first thing in the morning, as to me, it is certainly not a problem to utilise other flowers in stock, as long as it is beautiful, and within the 125-165 pound price range. They were very rude to me when I suggested on the phone that I should have been told earlier, and they were also rude to me when I asked why I recieved an email saying the flowers were out for delivery, if that was a lie. It is now 5:30pm and my mother hasn't recieved any flowers, the team do not answer the phone to me, and I have emailed asking what is the compensation for all of this. I agreed by 4pm to replace the flowers with whatever was in stock and deliver them immediately/asap. 1.5 hours later, and there are no flowers, and my mother's suprise before her birthday dinner has been completely ruined. It is such a shame, to follow all the intructions on the website to a T, even doing everythign super early to give the flower team ample time, because I appreciate logistically what they do is a challenge, but the customer care has been quite rude and distant, that I find it hard to accept this behaviour. Unfortunately, I don't think I will trust this service again. from reading other reviews now, it looks like whenever they have a stock issue, they rarely let you know till the last minute, when it is too late to resolve. I suggest they have bouquet's on sale that are called 'bouquet size x, y, z' and they are stated clearly as bouquets that will contain flowers that ARE IN STOCK. And that the bouquet may not match the image, and leave a text box for customers to write suggestions of what they want the bouquet to be like "bright colours" or "pastels" or "something very simple and classic". And tell your customers, to guarantee on the day delivery etc, pick one of these bouquets to avoid stock issues. I suggest flowerstation revisit their customer service team who are meant to be taking phone calls and emails - as there seems to be barely anyone looking after the inbox or telephone, and customers like me are left in the dark all day - not knowing what is happening or what the problem is.
I had a very disappointing experience with Flower Station. I ordered a bouquet for same-day delivery, and the payment was processed without any issues. However, the flowers never arrived on the scheduled day. When I called their customer service, they were incredibly rude and told me that my location was too far for same-day delivery, and that the flowers would arrive the next day. I explained that the flowers were needed for an event that day, but they did nothing to resolve the situation and simply canceled my order and issued a refund. They claimed to have sent a message about the delay, but I only found it in my spam folder after calling them. It felt like a spam experience. They could have called me or clearly stated on their website that same-day delivery is not available for all locations instead of misleading customers. I am very disappointed with their service and will not be using Flower Station again.
Yesterday placed an order at 270 pounds. And they didn't deliver it. It says on hold since yesterday. I emailed them or dm them on Instagram and no reply. I am outside of UK. My friends in UK called them but they make you wait on the line for minutes with no reply. Give my money back please. It was a special day yesterday. My order last digits are 808.

Outstanding service! I got there just gone midnight and they was working on bouquets on the spot. Lovely set up and beautiful bouquets ready to go at the point of a finger. Highly recommend
