Jul 08,2022Recently booked tickets with FlyBackIndia. They booked the tickets wrongly for the local flight initially. We checked the flights two days before we travelled and contacted them to recheck the tickets. Actually there is no flight from my location on that day to catch the connecting flight. They talked rudely when we asked them to check about the tickets and they asked us to check with the airlines for the local flight. Even they asked us to reschedule our Visa related appointments to some other day for their booking convenience. Finally they booked the tickets with Air India and asked us to pay extra during that time. Those last three days we had a tough time with them to rebook the tickets.
