May 02,2022Worst experience, scammers, fraud company. No response at all. Informed one ticket for connecting but they booked two separate ticket I had to extra money for luggage. I sent multiple emails and calls no response, Now there are talking that you didn’t used flybackindia flight, so don’t call us if you have any issue call airlines directly. The representatives are very rude.

Mar 19,2022I DO NOT recommend this company. Everything is nice and rosy until you book your flight. When there is help needed with cancellation / re-scheduling, you can expect the worst support. They charge you $600+ cancellation fee, and they do not refund the full price after cancellation, you get a portion of what you paid for your original flight. IT IS A RIP OFF. They follow the worst industrial standards in terms of non-refund. Even Cheap-o-air, Flights-hub etc have better practices. My friend paid $300 for re-scheduling and got great support. I regret going through FLY-Back_India. I'm really stuck. They were supposed to call me back yesterday at 2.30pm and still haven't received a call back after multiples calls nad emails. Very frustrating.
