This is already the 2nd time I'm booking with them. Only drawback I found is that, they don't have a 24 hr full refund window. So, always I need to go fully planned.

Kajal Pathania was my travel expert who did the booking and all was good from meals to wheel chair arrangement. Kajal was excellent just like a family member explaining all in detail. Even if she is busy she will call later without fail or she will send an email. Also if she is not available her colleagues would step in and take the details and Kajal will call back. Was really good experience. Very professional.
