Feb 07,2025The customer service reps were very nice, definitely sounded like a call center, maybe in India, which is fine- just an observation that made me think it wasn't some scammer in his basement. I clicked on the their link from options presented on cheaptickets.com bc the prices were among the lowest. Turns out they gave you the rate of a standby ticket, not a guaranteed ticket. They did explain it all in detail and were open once I called them. So, they were successful at "getting me" to book with them, as the final prices were similar to the other companies listed prices and less than the airlines direct websites. They also said I would get a credit toward a future booking with them between $50-$100 after this ticket has been used, time will tell with that- that would be a nice courtesy if I receive it. After the call they had a 2nd call confirming my ticket and asking me to do this review- actually, trying to keep me on the line while I did this review. I told the lady it may take me a few minutes and let her go while I completed this review. So they definitely made you feel pressured to leave a review! I've ran a business that reviews were essential for- not sure I would have used this tactic, but it definitely lead me to leave this review!! Not saying I won't use them again as their prices were comparable, just reporting my honest experience.

Feb 07,2025Do not use. The flights you book are not assigned seats on the website. Then the site contacts you and makes you pay more for tickets then everything they tell you is a lie. My elderly parents needed wheelchairs and in Mumbai the foggy staff told me they should get help in the airport and they did not have any help. They got overcharged for luggage. This was a nightmare they almost lost their flight to their connection.

Feb 07,2025My wife called Foggyfly to book a flight to Oklahoma for both her and I. the total flight cost round trip for my wife and I was $771.62. When we heard back from Foggyfly, Ryan informed us that United Airlines had confirmed my wife's ticket, but did not confirm my ticket at the discount price. Ryan went on to quote us the price for my flight alone was more than double the original price quoted for both of us to fly. The worst part was that Ryan claimed the $771.62 of our original booking was already charged by United Airlines and that they needed to complete the booking with Foggyfly in order to receive our E-tickets prior to the departure date. Foggyfly is a scam, fraud to say the least. They trick you into booking with them by offering a low price, lower than any competitor, then they spring the surprise on you after you have provided your credit card information. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes that eventually this company is exposed and hopefully shut down soon before others are scammed.

Feb 07,2025my mom bought tickets round trip, after she bought the tickets of 576.83 $ , someone from this company called her telling her that her tickets are on hold and that its not sure she will a place on the second flight and thats why she has to pay more and that she wont be able to have a hand luggage due to restrictions even though she pays , the aa will never charge you for hand luggage, after that i called the aa and asking them about the reservations telling me that the reservation exists but its on hold until friday , called the foggy fly again and they were telling me that the refund its not accepted and my mom has to pay, they want to charge you twice and more expesinve with fake fees that airlines companies dont have , dont fall for this scam website

Agents will tell you, ‘You’ll find out if your ticket is confirmed one day before your departure.’ And if no ticket is available? They casually suggest leaving the next day or on any available airline after your planned departure date. Forget about canceling—it’s non-refundable. You’re forced to buy a more expensive ticket just to leave on time. The entire experience makes you feel like a hostage. Avoid at all costs.

Feb 06,2025All information received. However, I purchased a $200 ticket, only to be informed the next day that the cost had gone up and that payment option was so longer available. I've ended up paying close to $500. Total rip-off. I hope my flight is still available when I go to check in the day before. Grrrrrr
