Great customer service
El agente k me reservo el viaje nunca me hablo sobre a polizas de la compania, anque claro yo tenia k leer as reglas de la companiapero de todos modos. yo no pude viajar porque los pasaportes de mis hijos se vencen en marzo y segun la poliza tienen k estar activos por lo menos 6 meses. asi k por este error no se realizo e viaje. y perdi mucho dinero k todavia tengo k pagar.

Stay away from this site! My wife tried to purchase a round trip ticket and was quoted one price, only to receive a call a few minutes later to say the price was almost tripled. The agent refused at first to give an airline confirmation number, but they don't know my wife. She canceled her credit card and called the airline, and her bank. Luckily, she took screen shots of the originally stated price, and is in dispute with the bank. False advertising at least, unscrupulous swine, at best.

If I could choose no stars I would! This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my 47 years of life. Ashton was rude and unprofessional and thought he could scam me out of an extra $390 for my flight. I booked a flight on southwest through the FoggyFly site - anyone who flies southwest knows- they do not charge for bags. However Ashton insisted my flight was changing from the $226 I was originally charged to over $500 because I was being charged for bags. When I challenged this - Ashton yelled at me like a lunatic! He preceded to harass me all night til close to 1am because I locked the card that was used for the trip once the original ticket price of $226.96 was debited. Unbeknownst to Ashton I spoke worn southwest and confirmed my flight and details. I also confirmed there was no extra charge for baggage and the women I spoke to said this company has been known to scam people implying there are fake fees being added on. My flight was all set until around 9pm tonight- somehow FoggyFly accessed my flight info and cancelled said flight because they had the confirmation number. I immediately reached out to southwest and had this corrected and got my flight for the exact same price, day and times - with no help from FoggyFly. Beware of this company they continue to try to charge my card for a transaction they cancelled. I will be reporting them to the BBB and my local attorney general office as well.

No fue satisfecha, dado a que el vuelo comprado y cobrado, no tenía disponibilidad de asiento y me pusieron en lista de espera, sin saber esa situación. Tuve que cambiar mi fecha de vuelo y pagar adicional para cambiar las condiciones de vuelo y asegurar mi viaje.

I was surprised that my booking took so long and I was obliged to pay closw to $500.00 aditional to my ticket price without the possibility to cancel the transaction. Besides that, the contact person was kind of helpful.
