Jan 29,2025I made reservations for a flight, Isaac from Foggyfly called to inform me they couldn’t provide transportation on that flight due to too much weight and requested me to change my flight. I was mislead as to the price of the new flight, the cost was doubled, I believe this is a scam on Foggyfly part. I believe they just wanted to double my flight. We will never use this site again, and will warn people of this experience. I was forced to agree to the new price.

Jan 29,2025Terrible company. They should offer a cheap ticket, so you may buy it. After that, your nightmare starts because it doesn’t guarantee the day/time you want to depart. Agent could say, “you would know if you can get the ticket one day before the day you want to depart.” If you ask what if a ticket is unavailable, they could say you can leave next day or any available airline after your departure day. You cannot cancel b/c it is not refundable. You should buy more expensive ticket in order to depart on time. You will feel as if you are an hostage

Jan 29,2025This company is a scam. After booking my flight to Mazatlan, I received text message to please call them back immediately. When I called they said that price couldn't be honored. And I said. "why not, it's available on your website!" "Oh no mam that is no longer available" We can get you a flight but instead of $268, you'll be paying $550. I told them I needed a refund. I mean I wasn't even ticketed yet. They refused. I'm hoping my back can stop the payment. I hope they don't try to bill me under a different company name. That would be so like this fraudulent company. They should not be in business. I am reporting them to the Federal Business Bureau

Jan 28,2025Your employees, Kristy and Moon were what made it great. I did have a bit of a hard time understanding their English with their accent but that can't be helped. Moon went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Kristy made sure I understood the process and what comes next. To be honest, I doubt I will EVER use Foggyfly again mainly because there is no transparency! How is ANYONE supposed to travel without bags at all and be at an airport SIX hours in advance?! There was NO mention whatsoever about this being a standby flight. You can't hide things like that in "the fine print" because hardly anyone reads it. It must be open and transparent.
