I just got my first bunch, very beautiful, they liven up more now in water, free vase is coming separately. I don’t think I can put a photo up here but very nice. I’m on a subscription but not sure how cost effective this will be. Looking forward to see if they last 2 weeks.

I sent several emails and contacted the liflve chat to cancel my account, as it is not possible to do that on the website directly. The website is also full of bugs, which makes it hard to check which dates you have an order placed. I'm 100% certain that I skipped a date, checked it several times, but was sent an order and payment was taken anyway. Customer service said I must have made a mistake, which caused me to attempt the cancellation in the first place. Stay away, they are not trustworthy!

Signed up to Freddie’s flowers from a lady on the street selling flyers and promising the process was simple for older people like me who aren’t good with technology. However every time I tried to log into my account to cancel or change the order I got locked out. As a result I was charged for an order that I wasn’t even in the country for. The flowers would be delivered and die before I got back so I called customer service asking if there was anything that could be done to move the date of the flowers but they refused to help. I’ve now paid for flowers to sit on my doorstep and die because I couldn’t figure out how to cancel one weeks order and the customer service wouldn’t help or provide a solution. I don’t recommend

UPDATE: Freddie's Flowers reached out to rectify the situation and immediately issued a full refund as well as providing an upgraded order. The issue appears to have been with the courier rather than Freddie's Flowers. Thank you for prompt resolution. Flowers ordered in good time for Valentines delivery. No flowers were delivered on Valentines Day and no way of contacting anyone for any kind of update/refund. 3 days later and still no reply to emails sent. Shocking service. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve just been sent an image of the flowers sent as a gift. I’m embarrassed that such a mean bunch of flowers were gifted to my friend, the image on the website was not representative of the quantity or quality. I won’t be ordering again

I live in the U.S. and have friends and family in the U.K. and often have occasion to send them flowers. Freddie's is unfailingly reliable and the bouquets they have delivered have been beautiful. I contacted Freddie's when I wasn't sure if some birthday flowers had been delivered. They replied quite promptly and sent a photo of the flowers at the door of the birthday girl. It's great to be able to give a gorgeous gift and not have to worry about whether it will arrive. Their flowers and their customer service are top notch.

Whilst the let down of my 91 year old father’s Valentine’s Day flowers for my mum not being delivered yesterday was disappointing, shortcomings of DPD were made up by being phoned today by Freddie’s to say a bigger, better bunch would be coming tomorrow. I had left a message after hours yesterday and was very happy with the customer service. Mistakes happen, it’s how you deal with them. Will use again for sure.

Die Lieferung kam einen Tag zu spät. Dadurch waren die Blumen nicht mehr frisch. Zusätzlich fehlten auch die Tulpen in dem Strauß, was quasi die wichtigen Farbkleckse gewesen wären. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und kann den Service nicht empfehlen. Edit: der Kundenservice war sehr schnell und hat mir einen Teilbetrag rückerstattet, dass fand ich fair.

I have had a subscription for nearly a year , at first I thought ‘why have I committed to this ?’ But I love the flexibility of the subscription , most of all I love the quality of the flowers and they last so long . I could buy a cheaper bunch but I am not sure they would give longer lasting pleasure. If you like fresh flowers once a month I would recommend Freddie’s Flowers.

I have just received a box of Freddie’s Flowers from a friend and they were certainly not fabulous. They looked like they were just dumped in the box along with dry wrapping and were completely dehydrated. Some are completely beyond saving but I will try. Add to that the fact that the delivery driver threw the box over the gate without ringing the bell (which I have on CCTV) I wouldn’t recommend them in any way other than they actually arrived and were not lost in transit. I just want to add that I was contacted by a representative of the company after my review who apologised and also contacted their original customer, my friend. They are investigating the issue and have refunded my friend so I am pleased about how this has been resolved.

Ordered £60 bouquet for Valentine’s Day, based on picture, however flowers came in cardboard box without any hydration all droopy and not arranged. If someone had shown how it’s actually delivered would have never ordered it… Caitlin from Freddie’s got in touch after this review and apologised for the issues I had. They also refunded the money which these days is a rarity from a vendor. I think the website should make it more obvious how the flowers are delivered to avoid confusion.

Quality of the flowers are really quite poor for the price charged, the roses I received had petals just falling off it. I understand if the outside roses are a bit rough but the entire flower was almost disintegrating. You do not get as many flowers as photographed either more foliage than flowers

Have been with Freddie’s flowers from quite near the beginning of their journey. If I’ve sent a gift, it’s been on Time and the recipient has always been delighted. I have flowers regularly and have always been very pleased with the quality of the flowers. They aim to please and our super helpful if any queries highly recommend.

To open a box from Freddie’s Flowers is truly a delight. The flowers are superb quality, bright colours and fresh which is so very important for the sender & the lucky person who receives the box. The instructions inside on brown paper are fabulous and allows you to create a stunning bouquet in your own home.

If you have a subscription for Freddie Flowers expect that subscription to last for a life time. I have emailed a number of time with no reply to cancel my subscription and they still haven't got back to me. When I wanted to cancel my Wild and Bloom subscription it was very quick and simple , Freddie Flowers make it impossible to cancel
