Feb 14,2025Love the offer of vase for flowers. Loved most of the flowers but the first 2 bouquets were almost identical. Since this was almost white, I wasn't happy with the 2nd bouquet. I loved the colours and flower choices of my 3rd bouquet. Today, I was expecting a delivery, and had received a text confirming that, but nothing received. I had previously had an email saying that my payment had failed, and to click to pay. This took me to page not found, after a number of tries. So I went to my account on the website and could find no facility to pay. However, it looked to me that a payment had been taken, so as I say I expected a delivery. Another problem I found with the website is difficulty selecting choices. You show different bouquets and what I'm expected to receive. It seems you can select another bouquet for a date you won't be delivering, and click 'I want this'. Does this come instead of the one for your date of delivery, or is it an extra selection for the date shown? The website doesn't explain the procedure. I didn't want the peachy bouquet, so selected another. But the message today said I would get the peachy. I really appreciate the information sent on the flowers and the lovely card. Also the 'training' emails.

Last year, I received a box every month, as a birthday gift and it was one of the most special gifts I’ve ever had, adding gorgeous bright arrangements to my home all year long.

Feb 12,2025The flowers were for my wife. They looked great but a lot were closed. The yellow roses were out and were beautiful. Other flowers open day by day making the bouquet a changing beautiful sight. After two weeks all the flowers are open and they still look stunning.

Feb 12,2025First delivery of Freddie’s Flowers with vase arrived day before we moved into our new home and have been a delight every day as we unpack, and 3+ weeks later there are still flowers to enjoy. We received delivery of gift flowers from nearby florists which barely lasted a week. I have since sent Freddie’s Flowers as gifts and recipients love them too especially the arrangement tips. Will only send Freddie’s flowers now to others - they’re the best!

Feb 12,2025Edited: Two days later and 2 of the three roses have perked up so only one floppy one now... still not sure this looks like £30 worth of flowers though! Freddies Flowers used to be beautiful! Now, they are much poorer quality and I seem to find that what is on offer doesn't look as nice as what I can buy locally for far less. When I resubscribed, I was taken in with promises of it being more flexible and not having to have lilies in the bunches. Well, yes, it is flexible, but you have to remember to check if you like what is going to be sent out so you can cancel it - life is busy, so it's easy to forget. An email the day before the cut off reminding you to opt in to the delivery would be far better. And you can forget about the lilies being excluded - the person who sold the subscription to me never added this request to my order. I've just received my final delivery of Freddie's Flowers - cue disappointment with a bunch of sad greenery, some floppy roses that look past their best and several pink lilies to bulk it out! Based on previous experience, I expect the flowers will last a week and then all I'll be left with will be some sad greenery. I'll try and give the lilies away to someone else!

Feb 12,2025This month’s arrangement is one of the best I have ever received.the buds have all opened at the same time which makes the vase look very full even though there are only a few stems. The only downside is there is no smell from any of the flowers 😔

Feb 12,2025I didn't see the flowers, but the recipient said nice things about them. However, the lower rating is because DPD contacted them the day before to say that Freddies Flowers would be delivered the following day. Thus spoiling the surprise!
