Jul 24,2024Freddie flowers are really the best I’ve ever had delivered. They arrive on Long stems with clear instructions on how to arrange and they last on average around two weeks which is very good for you.

Jul 23,2024Why is it so hard to cancel the subscription online! I have to physically skip boxes to stop receiving flowers, I’ve not had the bank card you’ve managed to charge for 2 years. I’ve sent you a email, please remove me completely off your database, I don’t want the hard sell of flowers, so don’t call me, I didn’t say I wanted them and you’ve restarted my subscription. I go on holiday on 2 days so these are a complete waste of money. Beware new customers what you’re signing up for as it’s almost impossible to cancel! Edit…changed rating to 5 star as Celeste seen this review and has gone above and beyond to sort out the issues I’ve had. Thank you for your understanding in all of this.

Jul 22,2024I am normally really impressed with Freddie's Flowers. The flowers are really long lasting and good quality. However, when I went to check my scheduled deliveries I discovered that the delivery for this week was an exact replica of my previous delivery and not the original one that had been allocated to this week. I emailed to ask if this was correct as I did not want the same flowers again but have had no reply. Consequently, I could not amend my order and I will be having a copy of a bunch of flowers that I still have on display. It would be really useful to let subscribers know if this will be happening in advance. I understand replacing a variety or two because of availability but a whole bunch isn't really acceptable. Update: happy to say this was all sorted quickly and flowers were great.

Jul 22,2024Yesterday 23rd July, I found a box in the back window of our greenhouse (which is not in use), when checking deliveries it seems that it had been delivered on 7th July so by the time I found them the flowers were dead! This is not where our flowers are usually left and I also did not receive notification that I had a delivery and also thought I had cancelled deliveries for the next few months so was not expecting flowers. Seems that I am getting another delivery this week which I tried to cancel but seems I was not successful. The reason I wanted to cancel is that my daughter had a delivery of flowers last week, and they already look like they are dying. Regard Nicci

Jul 22,2024Ordered flowers which arrived 2 days ago, of which they are drooping. I tried to cancel, however they have removed their email link from the "contact us" to cancel page. I am currently 20 mins on hold without anyone answering the phone and if I don't have this done ASAP it will charge me again. Avoid at all costs, there is no way to cancel online. I believe the other reviews are fake.
