Jul 25,2024Half of the flowers will last more than 10 days. The other half 5 days only. Beautiful compositions, detailed instructions on what to do. Site is more laptop friendly (vs mobile device). If you try to do something from your mobile, is super tricky. Difficulty in changing day of delivery or address. Spent 2 days chasing customer service, to ensure flowers are delivered on the 31st of July. Caitlyn from customer service reported that she fixed it. Flowers were delivered today- and I am not at home, as I am working. DPD did not leave them in a safe place in a block of flats of 120 people; hope I will find them. I mean this is exhausting.

Jul 25,2024I have such trouble getting the driver to collect my empty boxes . This happens again and again and the company just sends me a email that will talk with the driver. Very annoying. I put the boxes on the left side of the gate and the new flowers are left on the right side of the gate. If I put the empty boxes on the right side of the gate, the new box is left on the left side. There is no way the driver can’t see the boxes.

Jul 25,2024Not all the flowers are in great condition when they arrive and some of them never recover from their journey. This is particularly so for the ‘snapdragon’ types and some roses.

Jul 25,2024I have had Freddie Flowers every 3 weeks for over 6 months. The last three deliveries have been really disappointing. They aren’t arriving as buds like they were previously and are only lasting a week. I also have another subscription for my daughter. This last delivery was poor quality. I am going to cancel both subscriptions.

Jul 24,2024Highly recommend Freddie’s Flowers. Absolutely love them. They last for AGES and are always spectacular! If you are a flower arranging novice, the arrangement instructions help you get the best impact. Get one if their vases too, they are fab. Customer service is really good . Nothing is too much trouble. We forgot to cancel our delivery when we were away and our neighbours enjoyed them so much that they are now going to use them. #result!

Jul 24,2024Sent as a present, reviver was delighted so ALL GOOD Although you did miss putting my card I had filled in and my message wasn’t received so the person receiving the flowers didn’t know who had sent them. It was only because the next day I hadn’t had a thanks for the flowers message that I phoned them to check. Big booby there my friends.

Jul 24,2024The flowers are lovely. But can I ask that you use fewer of the snap-dragons? They don't tend to last long, with some not even lasting the week. Chrysanths are great for longevity, so more of those would be great - it means I get two vases of flowers in the house for any given week, sometimes even 3!!

Jul 24,2024I've been a customer of Freddie's Flowers for many years now, and love the quality of products and guides that come through with each delivery. The flexibility on when you want/don't want deliveries is great, and they provide all the vases you need at the beginning of your subscription. I would love to be able to tailor boxes a little more to remove lillies.

Jul 24,2024Update: no-one from Freddies Flowers has been in touch! Sadly I have been very disappointed with the quality of the flowers since upgrading to showstopper. My latest delivery arrived on 16 July (Tuesday) and by Saturday some of flowers were already looking past their best. The snapdragons had completely wilted and some of the lilies died off before they have even opened. I had been disappointed for the same reason, with a previous order however I put that down to a one-off so did not leave any feedback. I have also left feedback for this delivery on the website. I am considering cancelling my subscription.
