Aug 03,2024These people are a nightmare. Constant bombarding me with phone calls and messages for "my taxi" insurance. I don't have a taxi, I don't live in the UK and my name is not Gary. I have spoken to them twice and asked them to remove my details from there database. Nada. The say they are proud of there service to the industry. Are they also proud of their spam and harassment?

Jul 17,2024Made a quote online and didn’t receive a price but received a reference number. Used that to chat with them on whatsapp as you cannot call them. They said they cannot offer me insurance as I don’t meet criteria. Need to have 7 years of residence and 5 years of driving license. I do have these. On their website I cannot select 7 years of residency as they have option for between 5-9 years and 7 fits in this criteria. Their reply: Them: I have just checked now with our underwriters, unfortunately we aren't able to offer a taxi Quote this year due to you needed to have held your UK license for at least 7 years, as you have been a resident in the for 5 it woudnt have been possible Me: The options on your website doesn’t allow me to choose exactly 7 years of residence. You have instead the option between 5-9 years wich suits me and I choose this one Them: I have just checked now we are still unable to offer a quote am sorry Me: The reason being? Them: you don't meet the criteria Me: Wich criteria I don’t meet ? Them: needing to be a resident in the UK am sorry for any inconvenience Me: Wich I am for 7 years I have just confirmed Them: yeah, i have checked with that, we cant offer a quote. thanks for trying us today Me: This chat will go on trustpilot. Thanks for nothing and have a wonderful day
