May 27,2020I have a 9200 and it’s a great blender. I use it on a daily basis for my protein shake and almond milk. Even the customer intimacy is great. I had broken my jug wile mixing ice cubes. The rubber top came of and the plastic top fell in the jug while mixing. So the jug and the plastic top broke. Despite it was my own fault they had given my a discount for a new one.

May 15,2020Was a bit nervous that a needed part, broken from so much use, love the Optimum 700 Cold Press Juicer, would be total loss if I could not reach support but DID reach support and the part is being shipped to me proto, I live in Florida. Bravo ... !!! Hint cut up carrots and I think make sure they are super fresh .... Fine Mesh Strainer broke.

Apr 16,2020I highly recommend Froothie! I have been a customer now for 3 years. What really sets them apart is their excellent customer and technical service. Extremely fast response times and they really go the extra mile to resolve any issues. The blenders themselves are also great. Powerful motors and tough, sharp blades result in the creamiest, fluffiest smoothies I've ever had. I've used cheaper blenders before and even with the same ingredients the results are not great. Sort of a thin, watery, kind of chunky cold soup. Whereas in my Optimum the results are a thick, creamy almost mousse-like smoothie. I'm guessing it is due to how finely the Optimum is able to break everything down and the extremely high speeds mean it is also whipping some air into the mix. You get what you pay for, so do yourself a favour and spend a bit more on a great product that will be supported for many years to come.

Mar 26,2020It's when things go wrong and you need support for a product or service that you notice the difference between companies. Froothie are outstanding in their fast efficient support and communications. Our product has just slipped past the warranty period but they still got us to send it back (postage paid by them) and they replaced the motor on the same day as received. Posted it back the same day. Can't recommend Froothie highly enough. Purchase with confidence when you buy through Froothie! Well done to the management and staff who obviously have a first rate Customer Service policy.

Mar 23,2020Är lycklig ägare av en Optimum 9400 och det är den bästa mixern jag provat. Klarar allt och ibland nästan för mycket. Råkade tappa en del av locket ( i hårdplast) ner i mixern när den var på och det tog inte lång stund innan allt var i smulor. Super effektiv om än i övrkant just vid detta tillfälle! :-)

Mar 17,2020Ik heb sinds 4 jaar de Optimum G2. Na lang klungelen met "gewone" blenders was ik het zat en heb ik deze unit aangeschaft. Ik heb er geen seconde spijt van gehad, het verschil is enorm. De kan is zeer ruim (2l) en waar mijn oude blender nog wel eens haperde of verstopt raakte zelfs bij ontdooide ingredienten, maakt deze korte metten met wat je er ook ingooit, ook bevroren groente. Schoonmaken is geen probleem. Dikke aanrader dus. Ook de service is goed. Toen de kan na 4 jaar intensief gebruik ging lekken was het na een korte interactie met de klantenservice duidelijk aan welk onderdeel het lag en deze is netjes vervangen. Top.

Výrobek plně splnil má očekávání, vzužívám jej velmi často, za celou dobu se neprojevila žádná závada. Vyhovuje mi, že je schopen bez obtíží a rychle vyrobit i ořechová másla. Má pěkný design a je skladný. Firma má skvělou linku podpory, na mé dotazy odpovídali rychle a ochotně. Tuto firmu mohu plně všem doporučit.

Mar 12,2020I can’t recommend Froothie enough. Of course the blenders are awesome, so powerful and efficient. My first Optimum was solid for 5 years (till my new roommate put it in the dishwasher :() So I bought a new Optimum 9400 and I love it even more. So snazzy, fast, easy. My fruit smoothie and ice creams turn out so smooth. What I’m most impressed about is their customer service via phone and email. They’re so quick to respond, very approachable and so patient when I’ve called up a few time’s about some questions. a big thank you to Froothie !!

I send a mail to Froothie who send me as soon as they can a new product who work perfectly I use the blender twice a day !
