Mar 03,2020Amazing product and even better customer service. I have been using my Optimum 9400 blender for just over 5 years and have loved every single use! After 5 years I had a slight issue with my blade, I contacted Froothie via Facebook chat and they replaced the part on goodwill in an absolute show of legend status! Cannot recommend this company or their products higher!

Feb 21,2020Our first Froothie ended badly (burn out), however the customer service was exceptional in getting us back on track with a replacement. Have had zero issues since - use it everyday for smoothies, plus make hummus, soup and desserts with it too. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

Feb 15,2020I bought my Optimum 9200A in December 2017. Since then I use it daily mostly in the morning for Smoothies and sometimes in the evening for soups... The results are truly amazing! Until now there wasn't a single thing that this machine can't blend! Before a month I dropped badly and broke my jug... So I had to contact Froothie and wow! Not just the product but also the customer service is amazing! Very fast response and nice communication. The new jug that they send me is even better quality of materials then before! I mean every single detail of the whole thing! Better rubber, better plastic feels much stronger and cleans easier! So yeah... I am happy that they keep updating and improving even their old products and not just focus on the newest... I highly recommend this blender and after my experience with the company for sure I trust in their products and I know where to look in the future!

Feb 04,2020I have the Optimum 9200a blender now for about half a year. The main points are: very happy with the blender. Looks robust, the size of the jug is great, and the motor can handle a lot. I must say I'm impressed. It looks durable as well. The jar stains a little bit in the beginning (even after deep cleaning it) but it doesn't become worse, so that's okay for me. The only points of constructive feedback would be: - adding iDeal as a form a payment in the Netherlands and Bancontact in Belgium. - adding a dutch customer support - shortening the delivery times, since I had to wait for a couple of weeks for the blender to arrive without much information. Once I was contacted though by Froothie's customer support, they were very friendly and helpful. - the website looks a bit 'sketchy' (in the Netherlands/Europe), with sales going on almost permanently on certain products. The website looks like it could be polished as well. But these are only minor points, since the blender itself is more than perfect. Thanks guys! Kudos as well to Antoine from the customer service.

Jan 27,2020Goede service. Goed geholpen met mijn Vacu blender. Het heeft wel langer geduurd omdat het onderdeel niet op voorraad was. Uiteindelijk hebben ze het creatieve manier opgelost. Bedankt Froothie ik kan weer blenden.

Jan 22,2020Mon expérience avec le blender Optimum G2.1 est excellente depuis 2016. Il est comme neuf et n'a jamais montré le moindre signe de fatigue malgré une utilisation quasi quotidienne... Souhaitant recommander un nouveau récipient, j'ai contacté le service après vente de Froothie. La réponse a été rapide et efficace avec l'envoi de l'accessoire demandé. Je recommande !

Той се използва няколко пъти на ден всеки ден, приготвяйки най-вкусните fruits smoothies, smoothie bowls, fruit коктейли, пюрета, супи, сосове за секунди, използвайки го вече няколко години, и много малко време, необходимо за почистването му, което е чудесно. J'ai pu recevoir la pièce dans un délai raisonnable (compte-tenu de l'envoi depuis l'Australie). Beaucoup de service après-vente devraient s'inspirer de celui-ci. Bravo à toute l'équipe !
