The Customer Service team were able to allocate our new garden furniture despite our late ordering. They have kept us very well informed throughout and therefore we have purchased other items from Frosts.
We were looking for a robust cantilever parasol as many are of dubious quality.The staff member was very helpful and friendly able to explain the difference between the models on offer. Needless to say we purchased a 3.0m Square cantilever parasol with 90 kg base weight that includes a cover and delivery. Frost's garden centre not only offer high quality products in the numerous departments, but are also competitive on pricing very pleased

Fantastic service from start to finish. The sales floor were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. Once purchased delivery times were sorted and I was communicated with throughout on timing's . The driver and his assistant were bang on time and unpacked all the furniture and took this away to be recycled, very helpful as well as responsible. Well done Frosts 5 star service.
Overall was happy. Had an issue with an item being sold after we offered to purchase separately but told they will reserve until other items on order arrive. On returning told it had gone and with no new stock. Then an item was delivered on a day without notification. On plus side delivery people very helpful and items look great.

Still no call from the customer services manager Rebecca(Woburn store) or a response to my earlier review. Maybe you only respond to reviews that praise you and ignore the complaints!?????? Overall a very shoddy service from Frosts.

I had a long wait for furniture due to Covid/Brexit/Suez Canal but the team at Frosts took my order and kept me informed all the way through as to delivery dates etc. Delivery was well arranged and accurate.
Here goes, after reading some very unsatisfactory reviews I need to respond, brought my son the Chatsworth Cocoon chair as a treat, lucky to find one, kept up to date with phone call with times etc for delivery by Joanna, delivery drivers also delightful and cheerful, unfortunately it had some damage on, we took receipt with all parties taking pictures, this is the disappointing part, took many phone calls with many not returned to rectify with a exchange possible, we offered a discount to keep the chair so my 9 year old wasn’t disappointed, THIS is my point, we need to not be so critical at the moment, things aren’t back to normal yet, some of the staff may not have worked for months, you CAN NOT get a garden centre up to full swing in a couple of weeks, ALSO it is not their fault that stock is held up my paperwork issues, BE KIND people, we are all frustrated with the place we find ourself in, will DEFINITELY still support FROSTS, good work folks
We requested Frosts to call us last month once it knew when a patio set became available from their Supplier. Frosts did this and were also able to confirm a proposed delivery to our home address. We paid the full amount. The delivery took place on the agreed date. Everything worked very smoothly so thank you for the quality of overall service. Jamie from Frosts Furniture Dept really knew his stuff about the patio set and was particularly helpful - well done.
Efficient and helpful customer care team. Delivery was organised promptly after ordering. Had an email and phone call on the day with a time slot for delivery.

Lovely and helpful right from the initial ordering through to the delivery
I saw the furniture that I wanted in a box at Millets which was for putting on display, I asked if I could buy it and after a conversation with the Manager I was able too, I was resigned to not getting this furniture till July/August after being out of stock everywhere. Delivered within a week of buying, all packaging taken away.

May 12,2021The man at Millets was very knowledgeable which is always so reassuring. The delivery was free (unlike some other large stores!) and arrived in good time. Very happy but not yet opened up hammock from packaging.
