No answer to my question as a new customer this is not good how do you pay your invoice ?
I have recently signed up for a fuel card and I raised a request to amend the bank account details. Truth be told, it took them nearly a week to process it. I had to fill in forms, send way too many emails and call multiple times. I even received once an email that my request was processed correctly and I had to go back into my account and send them a screenshot to prove that it wasn't.

Appalling all round for a new but now past customer
Easy to set up and use but our credit limit has been set far too low. We have three vans which travel throughout the UK and with the price of fuel these days we soon reach our credit limit which has resulted in employees having to use their own cards to pay for fuel.
Very efficient and good service all round. Highly recommend fuelGenie for small companies and tradesmen.

Having had an account with Fuelgenie for many years with no problems , I unfortunately ran in to a small financial issue recently, I contacted the team who were very helpful and resolved my issue with support and kindness and I felt very valued. Wayne was so helpful and informative and put me at ease throughout the telephone consultation, he even helped me through the computer process and stayed on the line until it was resolved. It was so nice to speak to Wayne he spoke very clearly and understood my problem and helped me put my mind to rest by been so helpful. Thank you.
