Apr 07,2022I have recently signed up for a fuel card and I raised a request to amend the bank account details. Truth be told, it took them nearly a week to process it. I had to fill in forms, send way too many emails and call multiple times. I even received once an email that my request was processed correctly and I had to go back into my account and send them a screenshot to prove that it wasn't.

Mar 30,2022Easy to set up and use but our credit limit has been set far too low. We have three vans which travel throughout the UK and with the price of fuel these days we soon reach our credit limit which has resulted in employees having to use their own cards to pay for fuel.

Wayne was so helpful and informative and put me at ease throughout the telephone consultation, he even helped me through the computer process and stayed on the line until it was resolved.
