Very good and very quick service when I was looking to increase my credit limited.
We have just joined FuelGenie because of how cost effective they are compared to our previous fuel provider, of whom, over time, added extra fees for this, that and the other on top of the fuel your were buying. I am impressed with their Customer Service. I can ring, with any query and have a direct answer and the phone is answered swiftly. Their website could do with updating, however this costs money, but it does the job, and gives me the information I require. My fuel cards cover 3 major Supermarkets, which usually have slightly cheaper fuel per litre than other major brands. Yes, I would recommend having an account with them.
Have used for a number of years with no problems fast replies and would recommend them and give them 10 out of 10

I was prompted regarding reaching our credit limit. I inputed a request to increase our limit from £400 to £750, this request was actioned speedily and efficiently.
i was sold this card being told it was monthly terms, it turns out its dd weekly making it pointless from a buisness point of view.
My fuel genie account was followed up by a representative called Josh Wootton. He was contactable easily for the few questions I had. A Great Guy. Account opened. Great Service. All Day Business Ltd. Mo Director.

I called up the customer service team to ask how I could go about getting a credit limit increase, they gave me the direct e-mail for the accounts department. I e-mailed my request and in less than 5 minutes, it was actioned. Great work
