we have used Fuel genie for sometime now as part of an NHS service and they are always helpful polite and value for money
I wouldn't bother wasting your time, we applied beginning of month for an account, everything passed via credit check and I'd was accepted, received cards yesterday with £500 credit limit and went to activate account and was told account was suspended due to no bank details, so sent bank details as requested, this morning got email stating there 3rd party credit agency had given them advice to revoke credit limit and a deposit of £500 would be required, what a complete joke of a company, we applied key fuels and got £1000 of credit immediately. I wouldn't mind but have a £25000 credit limit with selco, my advice stay clear of fuel genie better companies out there whom offer better prices for diesel. Fuel Genie are a bunch of Muppets.

We have been using FuelGenie for many years, the website is pretty simple to use and easy to navigate. We recently requested a credit limit increase, this was requested via email. Our request was dealt efficiently and this was approved and the change had been added to our account by COB. Would definitely recommend. I liaised with Elaine Marshall who was very helpful too :)

As a MD i decided to arrange for a new fuel card to give the staff on the road more freedom and choice whilst saving a few extra pence.... so i ordered a full batch of FuelGenie+ cards so it also gave the advantage of shell fuel stations, so far.... EVERY CARD ISSUED has been declined at multiple filling stations listed on the FuelGenie+ app. When we spoke to fuel genie it was apparently a terminal error... Funny that. As the same terminal accepted the fuel card from Fuelogic straight away with no issue. Ive also now had the hassle of settling employee expenses as they no longer wish the embarrassment of the cards been declined, Ive even had to ring up one station and pay over the phone as the engineer did not have the full amount of cash.
