Stop the card with out telling me so no call and no email ask for a manger to call me 2 days later still waiting what a shock so poor customer service
Easy and straightforward to deal with, makes managing invoices for accounts very straightforward, preferred when they invoiced monthly rather than every week as it cut down on paperwork. The app is very useful for finding supermarket fuel stations when in an area you don't know well.
Unlike other fuel suppliers we have used in the past, Fuel Genie do not ramp up the prices charged when you are not looking. Invoices are easy to download and credit limits simple to manage.
My Issue is not with using fuelGenie to get cheaper fuel, but with the fact that when I use Tesco to fuel up they only now have 1 pump that allows you to pay at the cashier as you cant pay at the pump, it means quiet often I have to queue for long period when other pumps are free, I have challenged Tesco staff on numerus occasions, but the standard reply I receive is that it is to stop petrol thief, I have some time gone round to the other side of the pump because it is empty and had the attendant stop the pump on me and when I asked why he said I could be stealing fuel, I left with a half empty tank but have now where possible stopped using Tesco, as I see trades people doing this on a fairly regular basis filling up the opposite way to everyone else, by the way I went into a Sainsburys and you could use every pump and pay at the cashier, went I asked don't you worry about fuel thief the cashier said its not a problem, so is it a problem for Tesco or are they aggressively forcing people to pay at the pump.

Good service only gripe is the fact that payments are 2weeks behind. Now credit limit increased shouldn't be a problem

Credit limit cut down billing time reduced COVID blamed. better terms using a credit card provided you pay balance at the end of the month and I can purchase fuel anywhere
