The setting up of the account was very easy and although i did have a problem, when i rang to ask for help the two people i spoke to on the phone were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and the process was very quick. Very impressed and would definitely recommend your company

We have used fuelGenie for our company fuel cards for many years, after less than satisfactory experiences with other fuel cards. Good customer service and the website is user friendly with issues being rare. The "Contact Us" page on the website is easy to use and on the odd occasion when we have had need to use it the response has been quick, generally within 24 hours.
Good customer service company. Very few issues but if any they are usually resolved quickly & efficiently.
Very good services did not take long to get up and running
Online system is great, but customer service over the phone is terrible. Not interested in helping you, and randomly get disconnected from call several times at the time of representative not knowing answer to question, this happened 3 times, and that's if you can get through!
