Founded in 2014, Furniture Direct Online, a family business with over 40 years of expertise in the furniture industry. From the beginning Furniture Direct Online has been focused on supplying the best quality furniture at the most affordable prices for our customers.
In 2015 we moved to our brand new 80,000 sq ft warehouse in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This progress allowed us to stock hold over 20,000 sofas and achieve fast, reliable deliveries.
In 2019 we faced the challenge of the global pandemic. With thousands of sofas in stock and the lounging lifestyle, we all became accustomed to during the lockdown. This is where Furniture Direct Online stepped up, to become a household name. Delivering over 100 sofas per day nationwide.
Here we are now, in 2024 with our new look and thousands of happy customers. Our mission still remains the same, striving to bring you incredible quality furniture at the most affordable prices with the absolute best customer experience.

Super fast delivery. All round excellent!

Sofa arrived in three sections and each piece was flawless. Good quality construction of metal and woodwork. Such great value for money.

The delivery drivers went above and beyond to get my sofa in the door honestly can't thank the two men who deliverd my sofa enough. Well manered people seriously if I could give more stars I would! Those two men need a raise like now! (Sorry I didn't catch there names)

Sep 29,2024We ordered the Vegas 7 seater corner sofa, it arrived within 4 days!! Customer service was excellent, they answered any questions promptly it really easy to get in touch with them. Delivery company kept me up to date with when sofa was arriving and assembled sofa easily. The sofa was very reasonably priced and we anre over the moon with it. Overall a great experience!

The 2 young lads who delivered, kindly delivered the sofa to the designated room. And I would like to thank them both for there help. Overall experience from buying to delivery has been fantastic and would recommend the company to friends and family.

Sep 28,2024The process of ordering was simple. The website allows you to log in and see the status your order from pending to delivered which was very useful. I had regular contact by WhatsApp and a text day before confirming delivery time. The guys arrived and were friendly and respectful towards me and the new build property we’ve just moved into. Lovely fellas. We set the sofa up ourselves which despite its size was quite easy. It was a perfect fit and looks absolutely beautiful. Overall we are delighted with the product and the service we received and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again and recommend to others. Thank you
