Founded in 2014, Furniture Direct Online, a family business with over 40 years of expertise in the furniture industry. From the beginning Furniture Direct Online has been focused on supplying the best quality furniture at the most affordable prices for our customers.
In 2015 we moved to our brand new 80,000 sq ft warehouse in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This progress allowed us to stock hold over 20,000 sofas and achieve fast, reliable deliveries.
In 2019 we faced the challenge of the global pandemic. With thousands of sofas in stock and the lounging lifestyle, we all became accustomed to during the lockdown. This is where Furniture Direct Online stepped up, to become a household name. Delivering over 100 sofas per day nationwide.
Here we are now, in 2024 with our new look and thousands of happy customers. Our mission still remains the same, striving to bring you incredible quality furniture at the most affordable prices with the absolute best customer experience.

With all the issues of scammers posing I was bit sceptical so I reached out to the team via Messenger and got guidance on placing my order as I had a few questions to ask. Trust me when I say the Customer service experience has been immaculate, you have contact with the team even before you start your shopping and what I admired most was no matter how silly you might think your question is they always have an answer. Tracking and Delivery of the items were also very easy and quick. Being able to reach the team by different means gave me reassurance. My family and I are enjoying our new comfy sofas which gave my living room a major transformation. Would highly recommend Furniture Direct online.

I ordered the carnaby U shape sofa and was worried about the delivery date as I couldn’t pick a date in checkout and we were moving into a new property. I contacted customer services and they got back to me very quickly and made sure that my sofa wouldn’t be delivered before my move in date. My sofa actually arrived the day after I moved and the delivery people were very helpful and kind. I absolutely love my sofa, it is better than the photos, I got the cream colour and I’m in love with it, would 100% recommend this website.

Apr 17,2024I made my first review as requested day of delivery but my god how it’s changed … after 10 days the sofa showed so much weakness it squeaked so bad and the seat it’s self just sunk and made it impossible to sit on. contacted them and after 4 delivery attempts due to sending the wrong side and then cancelling 2 other delivery’s the new bit turned up and again it’s been maybe 3 weeks and the same part of the sofa is showing signs of weakness again the squeaks are back louder than ever. For reference I bought the Sloan 4 seater corner and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Really really poor quality.

Apr 13,2024I am in love with my sofa. Fast delivery took a week exactly to north east Scotland. Sofa was well packaged and come in 5 parts which made it easier to get into the property. Delivery guys were polite and phoned an hour before with the 1hr slot. I also got a text yesterday with my 3hr slot. Excellent communication from everyone would highly recommended
