Founded in 2014, Furniture Direct Online, a family business with over 40 years of expertise in the furniture industry. From the beginning Furniture Direct Online has been focused on supplying the best quality furniture at the most affordable prices for our customers.
In 2015 we moved to our brand new 80,000 sq ft warehouse in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This progress allowed us to stock hold over 20,000 sofas and achieve fast, reliable deliveries.
In 2019 we faced the challenge of the global pandemic. With thousands of sofas in stock and the lounging lifestyle, we all became accustomed to during the lockdown. This is where Furniture Direct Online stepped up, to become a household name. Delivering over 100 sofas per day nationwide.
Here we are now, in 2024 with our new look and thousands of happy customers. Our mission still remains the same, striving to bring you incredible quality furniture at the most affordable prices with the absolute best customer experience.

Sep 02,2023If I could give zero stars I would I purchased back in 2021. Arrived on time however product was damaged as well as my property upon delivery. Since then I have received nothing but the run around as well as being totally ignored all I want is a refund which I am entitled too. I have sent numerous messages as well as photos attached to show both the stage in which the sofa arrived as well as the damage done to my property! I’ve even been given a fake email address for management!

Aug 27,2023Before placing my order I used the WhatsApp feature to message about delivery times and was told around 1-2 weeks. 2 days later I had a call to say my sofa was coming tomorrow! Delivery was perfect with the guys taking it to our room of choice, the sofa is amazing a really nice neutral cream so would be good with all kinds of colours. The shape is perfect and it’s SO comfy, I love the back scattered cushions also. Would definitely recommend FDO to anyone as they have really helped us in a time that we could have been left for 6 weeks without a sofa!

Aug 26,2023Well worth the wait! I had a little wait for this (3 weeks) however I was made aware of this on placing my order. I had pondered that much I ended up ordering the wrong items and colour 🤦🏽♀️ however ash was super helpful and rectified this for me straight away wasn’t a problem at all, quality is amazing! It’s super comfy and looks lovely. the only issue I have had is getting the feet on after it had been delivered that’s a bit tricky and definitely required two people
