Founded in 2014, Furniture Direct Online, a family business with over 40 years of expertise in the furniture industry. From the beginning Furniture Direct Online has been focused on supplying the best quality furniture at the most affordable prices for our customers.
In 2015 we moved to our brand new 80,000 sq ft warehouse in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This progress allowed us to stock hold over 20,000 sofas and achieve fast, reliable deliveries.
In 2019 we faced the challenge of the global pandemic. With thousands of sofas in stock and the lounging lifestyle, we all became accustomed to during the lockdown. This is where Furniture Direct Online stepped up, to become a household name. Delivering over 100 sofas per day nationwide.
Here we are now, in 2024 with our new look and thousands of happy customers. Our mission still remains the same, striving to bring you incredible quality furniture at the most affordable prices with the absolute best customer experience.

Ash the sales manager was very informative and available from start to finish giving us his contact number for any questions we may have and a delivery date the week after, (most places were ten weeks). The Sofa was well packaged and easy to assemble and now looks fab in his lounge. Thanks again Ash for the service you and your team have provided. 10/10

Jul 31,2023All the service was very friendly until it got the delivery day, they left the sofas outside and I, a woman had to unpacke them and put them in the house. That was the only downfall in the all process and it cause me so much stress as I was working as well.

We are absolutely made up with our sofa & our 2 boys absolutely love it. Itās definitely more than what I expected & we all absolutely love the sofa bed that pulls out from under the sofa. Itās a stunning sofa & also very comfortable. It also has extra storage underneath which is ideal if you need that extra bit of storage :)

Jul 25,2023Very quick delivery, and very happy with my sofa, had one issue of it only coming with one small pillow but they sent another two in the post next day delivery. Only other this is I didn't make sure it would fit through my door so the delivery people had to leave one part outside but that was my own fault. Over all a brilliant service and would definitely order from them again :)
