Founded in 2014, Furniture Direct Online, a family business with over 40 years of expertise in the furniture industry. From the beginning Furniture Direct Online has been focused on supplying the best quality furniture at the most affordable prices for our customers.

In 2015 we moved to our brand new 80,000 sq ft warehouse in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This progress allowed us to stock hold over 20,000 sofas and achieve fast, reliable deliveries.

In 2019 we faced the challenge of the global pandemic. With thousands of sofas in stock and the lounging lifestyle, we all became accustomed to during the lockdown. This is where Furniture Direct Online stepped up, to become a household name. Delivering over 100 sofas per day nationwide.

Here we are now, in 2024 with our new look and thousands of happy customers. Our mission still remains the same, striving to bring you incredible quality furniture at the most affordable prices with the absolute best customer experience.

Lovley sofa super comfortable and came within a week! The delivery men where so nice unfortunately there was a tip in the bottom of the sofa but I have emailed customer service was a little hard to put the legs on as there was no hole drilled but apart from that I’ll definitely order again and be recommending

fast delivery! Only ordered last Wednesday and sofa was with us two days later. Sofa is perfect and so comfy, have already recommended to friends 🤍 Only down side would be delivery drivers struggled to get sofa through the door and were in a rush to try and take the sofa back as a ‘failed delivery’. Luckily my partner and his friend were here and they took the front door off getting the sofas in without the delivery men who left.

Amazing sofa but huge rip underneath that was sellotaped over on delivery. Silver feet holes were not drilled so had to get them drilled for me. And small scratch on one of the silver feet. All in all the delivery guys and sales manwere great and love the sofa so much (Sloane corner)

Originally ordered the 2+2 seater Sloane when they arrived realised that I needed the 3 seater. Spoke to Furniture Direct and they were very helpful and swiftly collected the 2 seater and within a few days I had my 3 seater. Overall very good experience.

Outstanding service . Received a beautiful sofa as good as in the photos . We had a small issue of one zip which had broken on one of the scatter cushions. The company swiftly ordered a replacement and sent out a new cushion with a new cover. Had so many complements on our sofa. Amazing sofa for a great price . Will definitely be returning when in need of a new sofa .

Ordered a 2+3 sofa set, the quality is fabulous, the delivery time/day was tailored to what suited me as I was moving house at the time, the delivery was on time and the drivers were very efficient. the customer service I received was 10/10, I would definitely recommend and use again.

I had a brilliant experience everything is soo easy to order to even delivery the guys were great couldn’t get it throu the front door but that was not a problem for them they carried it round the back and over the fence in throu the back were really helpful and friendly.xx

Worst place ever please do not buy anything from here turns up broken !!!! it’s been an absolute nightmare, I have never experienced stress like this, the staff are rude an unhelpful and to get a refund I’m still waiting, save yourself the stress !

Ordered two sofas and both are of great quality and look great. We've had lots of compliments. Great communication from the company and no bother with delivery. The only downside is that assembly is not included in the price and is paid separately to the delivery people.

Brilliant customer service. A very smooth transaction and the sofas are just absolutely amazing. So so pleased. I Would highly recommend furniture direct online. Delivery was quick and took 4 weeks, my last sofa order took 4 months from a well known branded company! We have the sorrento 3 and 2 recliner and it’s built well, feel sturdy and is extremely comfy. The cup holders are an added bonus. Overal we are over the moon with out purchase and will definitely use again in the future.
