Her knowledge regarding the bathroom products was excellent and therefore very informative in her explanation and recommendations. Myself and my husband live in Ireland so we conversed in English via email and WhatsApp. Sara's English was excellent ! We also arranged a zoom call which was very helpful. In addition, Sara organised renders. These were amazing, it was wonderful to see our bathroom come to life ! Excellent service, wonderful products, I would highly recommend. A very satisfied Irish customer !

Apr 11,2025I ordered a lavatory more than a month ago. I was told it was going to be delivered within 15 to 20 days. On day 23 I called and was told it was going to be delivered in 10 days. It was not, and now they tell me they will ask the producer when it can be delivered to their warehouse, which means I may or may not receive it in another month. I requested my money back and did not get it yet.

Mar 20,2025Ho ordinato la rubinetteria per il mio bagno da GaiaInterni per via del prezzo competitivo e per la facilità di sfogliare tutto il catalogo. Alla fine sono riusciti ad ordinarmi un pezzo che non era presente nel catalogo ma solo dal sito della casa madre, quindi sono contento. La merce è arrivata nei tempi previsti tramite corriere espresso per cui è stato fornito il codice di tracking. Ottimo l'imballaggio. Rapidi nel rispondere ad email e telefono con chiarimenti esausitivi. Consigliati.

Feb 12,2025Wir haben einiges über diesen Shop bezogen - darunter eine Toilette mit Deckel und einen Wasserhahn. Vor Bestellung war die Firma sehr penetrant. Nahezu stündlich wurde nachgefragt ob wir uns schon entschieden hätten. Auf Nachfrage, ob es eine Alternative zur Vorauszahlung gäbe, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies gegen die Firmenphilosophie sei. Sie akzeptieren nur die Vorauszahlung. Wir können jedoch im Zweifel über PayPal das Geld zurückfordern. In dem Zuge wurde uns versprochen, dass die Lieferzeit in jedem Fall eingehalten wird und die Produkte eine ausgezeichnete Qualität vorweisen. Wir hatten dementsprechend alle Gewerke zur Badsanierung auf das Lieferdatum abgestimmt organisiert. Die Lieferung verzögerte sich jedoch in etwa um drei Monate, ohne Information. Geschockt hat uns insbesondere, dass es hierzu keine Ausreden gab. Wir wurden auf Nachfrage lediglich darüber informiert, dass die Firma noch nicht versenden möchte, sondern mit den Versand erst im Januar beginnen wird. Die Ware sei aber längst auf Lager. Als die Ware eines Tages ankam war ein Wasserhahn aus Edelstahl völlig zerkratzt. Die Toilettenschüssel und der Deckel wiesen unterschiedliche Materialien auf. Diese Tatsache wurde uns weder mitgeteilt, noch war dies in Angebot oder im Onlineshop ersichtlich. Die Toilettenschüssel und der Deckel wiesen aufgrund des Materialunterschieds einen erheblichen Farbunterschied auf. Beides haben wir unverzüglich geschildert und mit Bildern belegt. Die Firma hat uns zunächst nur empfohlen den Wasserhahn zu putzen. Nachdem ich ihnen mitgeteilt habe, dass das bei Kratzern natürlich völliger Schwachsinn ist, wollte sie die Hersteller kontaktieren. Eine Rückmeldung steht bis heute aus. Sie haben uns lediglich angeboten, diese beiden Artikel auf eigene Kosten zurückzusenden. Für uns eine Firma, welche keinerlei Kompromissbereitschaft zeigt. Höchst unprofessionell und nicht kundenorientiert. Wir raten dringend davon ab, Ware über diese Firma zu beziehen. Leider bleibt uns vermutlich nur der Gang über die Rechtschutzversicherung.

Feb 10,2025Tablettes d’excellente qualité. En revanche la colle fournie avec les tablettes n’est pas suffisamment forte pour une fixation longue. Une des 2 tablettes s’est décrochée aprés 3-4 jours. J’avais minutieusement nettoyé, dégraisser le support ( carrelage ). Je n’avais pas chargé la tablette.
