We had a new boiler installation over the last couple of days, They are very professional in the way this was handled and all is working fine. A special thanks to Billy and Ed they worked professionally to a very high standard and answered any questions we gave them with complete knowledge and fitted the boiler perfectly. Buongiorno volevo solo avvisare di fare attenzione a questi fornitori che addebitano spese inventate io ho avuto 150 euro di addebito x recesso quando ho cambiato fornitore ( notare che ho pagato la bolletta defalcando questo abuso)il problema e che il nuovo fornitore non mi ha attivato il nuovo contratto in quanto risulto moroso oltre la truffa la beffa
Peccato che c'erano 265 euro in piu sulla bolletta elettrica solo perché me ne sono andata prima dei 9 mesi il problema è che non me l avevano detto dei 265 euro di cauzione vergognosi state alla larga
GASWAY on bessemer road norwich. I have complained to management about how workers park illegally and on a blind corner all day long putting ppl at danger. It's an awful way to alow your drivers to park. It a disgrace to your company. All the business our fed up with the illigsl parking. Please could some in gasway company do something about this big problem

Gas ways have been out several times to top up boiler no water leaks have been repaired they have now informed me they cant get back till the 24/12/2024 to repair / replace pipe work the radiators were replace by them in the summer and has been leaking ever since. this is a vulnerable 81 year old who they don't want to help They thought it would be ok to come out next year and leave her with no heating or hot water know they think they are doing us a favour by coming out Christmas eve Totally unacceptable shame on you gas ways
Ha tentato con l inganno(per telefono) di farmi cambiare fornitore spacciandosi inizialmente per federconsumatori dicendomi che avrei dovuto cambiare fornitore di energia elettrica poiché rischiavo di rimanere senza allaccio per poi alla fine evidenziare essere di gasway
I had a problem with my boilier indicating low water pressure. Inspite of trying to re-pressurise it, nothing worked. Contacted Gas Way (who i had used in June 2024) and they came out the next day, at the time given and had found and fixed the problem within an hour. The engineer whose name was Dave A was friendly, polite, professional and extremely knowledgable. He explained everything he was doing and the rationale for why he was doing it. He found the problem by taking a good history from me and asking specific questions. From the intitial phone call til the engineer left was a very professional service and I recommend this company.
Mi è arrivato una bolletta con una cifra tosta più di 999 euro siete dei falsi e disonesti ve la farò pagare. Andate a lavatore e non rubate alle famiglie.
Had a fantastic engineer to fix my boiler today. His name was Darren Gardener and all I can do is sing his praises. Polite efficient and kept me updated. I certainly recommend Gasway and this engineer.

The engineer who visited us (twice!) today was Ellery. Unfortunately I was out and my wife (disabled and pist stroke)struggled to understand the technical explanations. he was, nonetheless so patient and kind that she said that she would be willing to adopt the young man. After a phone call to me he offered to call in later. Which he did. I explained our problem, essentially programming, and he fixd it. He also downloaded the missing Honeywell manual. We regard this visit as a model of excellent service from GASOWAY, and though that is what we have been accustomed to in the past, in this case the service was exceptionally good.
10th Oct, Dave fixed boiler but by 6pm reoccurred issue. 11th. By 9am sorted the fault but by 9.15am water leaked. Would return later. By 5pm. William came who was my regular engineer from last year. He has always been amazing to reassure me when stressed with the boiler hiccups I encountered in the past & he did the same this time. With the water tank & boiler itself, all questions raised were answered. He did a superb job. Thank you so much for finalising the 3rd separate issue. I would like to add that William is also ever so nice & friendly which made my stress disappear immediately on feeling all will be well with my boiler afterwards otherwise to contact Dave. I also received Dave's text yesterday afternoon 14th post care-service which was awesome.
Had Dave A has services our boiler this afternoon , he was efficient and polite and was soon finished. Very friendly aswell
Zero stelle, bollette con consumi inesistenti, nonostante si invii gli ultimi 4 giorni del mese la lettura con il quotidiano, come loro richiedono, non vengono prese in considerazione. avvisati piu' volte che l'appartamento non e'abitato, quindi ZERO consumi, continuano a inviare importi altissimi e non si fidano delle tue letture. Figuratevi a fidarsi di loro.
Two weeks ago I was informed the annual service of my gas boiler was "confirmed" for September 3rd. I contacted Gasway ( Norwich) to explain that wasn't convenient as I had other commitments all day long ( hosting a birthday party) Immediately I was told the appointment would be switched to the next day, the 4th Two days later I get a message from "Sam" who wants to confirm the original appointment. I assume Sam is an engineer,so I point out the appointment is now changed to the next day. I get back onto Norwich to double check that the 4th is fixed. Seemingly it is. The next day I get a letter from Gasway Norwich saying my appointment has been changed to the 3rd!!!!....I message Norwich again wanting to know what on earth they are up to?...no reply...! the third of September arrives, and so does Gasway! I am covered in flour, baking. The kitchen in full catering swing! I am very displeased with Gasway and send the engineer away after telling him the above!!! The fourth arrives. Gasway doesn't, after me going crazy trying to clean up for their arrival and then waiting in all day. Complete and total incompetence, and a total disregard to client needs and interests. As Gasway is now part of Flagship I assume Flagship is responsible as they have also hobbled another corporate asset. victory housing. Whatever Flagship touches it all but destroys, and now Gasway is abundant proof of this bureaucratic bungling and corporate chaos, I have never encountered such complete uselessness. Today is the fifth of September and no new arrangements from Gasway. Sent them an email to outline my considerable disgust at the above.
A quick and fairly priced installation but the rubbish and mess created by the them was upsetting. My daughters floor was scratched, covered in dust and a blood smear up her newly painted wall. My other daughters room looked like we had been burgled. All rubbish left in the drive including the old boiler. Workmen even left half filled water bottles in the bedrooms. Never have I seen such a mess after work being carried out. I complained, had no reply but an engineer did pick up the rubbish the next day.

Mar 04,2025Telephoned this morning to say my gas central heating won't turn off, I've got told I have to wait for 15 days until an engineer comes out. With the price of gas and it's increasing I dread to think how much money I'll be going through. Not good.
