Bought the home Wi-Fi burglar system had a minor problem and sorted very quickly, outstanding company for customer service and would highly recommend would certainly use again and recommend to anybody that asks

After a lot of research I liked the specification of this Wi Fi Alarm. Very helpful on the phone when I made initial contact. Personalised quote promptly prepared and sent. A couple of queries before I placed my final order were dealt with in a friendly and professional way. Delivery was as outlined when order placed. System was supplied fully configured and the supplied instructions / manuals were clear. I was happy installing the system and I'm delighted that it does everything I wanted with remote access via the app and directly using the control panel. The key fobs are sturdy and cleverly designed to prevent buttons being pushed accidentaly. The main panel is straightforward. Very happy.

A great company. I ordered a new system and ordered the wrong external bell. I called the helpline and I returned it and was sent a replacement the next day. Very helpful and I would recommend.

I ordered an alarm system to replace an older one that was breaking down. The replacement system arrived but was meant to be plugged in to suitable sockets. This was impossible given the nature of my house and, after a phone call Global Gadgets agreed to a refund. Everything was carried out in a courteous and efficient manner. I would deal with them again.

Purchased Sentry Pro Wireless GSM Alarm. Arrived quickly, and undamaged. Everything set up for you out of the box, so installation was straight forward. A good alarm, loud external and internal siren but not to loud. 2 minor problems , but they were very helpful, now solved. Works REALLY WELL.

A better illustrated instruction manual & would have given 5* A not too good instruction manual & add on sheet not the best. Expected a phone call backed up with sms message but appears its one or the other ?
