Although I did not have many questions when we started the process; I was a "blank slate" since I knew very little that was useful about Reverse Mortgage. But he was able to walk me through all the information that I needed to make a decision about whether or not I should get involved. He generally anticipated my apprehensions, and had useful ideas, thoughts and suggestions. He was good-natured and easy to talk to --- more like an old friend than a sales-man type!!

Aug 26,2020I contacted GoodLife for my mom, to assist her with looking into a new Reverse Mortgage. Dawn helped us and not only was she able to walk my mom through Doc U Sign on her computer but with ease. Dawn saved my mom money and all in all everything went smoother than one would imagine. Now my mom can feel more financially secure and she does not have to worry. She still owns her home and one day I will either finance the reverse mortgage or sell and my mom knows I will still have some financial security.
