His care and personal attention was incomparable. He was with me every step of the way -- answering all my questions, explaining things in detail, understanding of my concerns and issue. And always, very accessible. I would recommend him highly, and GoodLife as a fantastic company to work with. My reverse mortgage was official today!

May 22,2019We decided to search around for a reverse mortgage, so I started making calls to different mortgage lenders. One of the calls were to good life home loans and Chris Lee answered my call. He then started talking and explaining how reverse mortgage works. He captured my attention & I continued to listen. He took us through the reverse mortgage process step by step so that my wife & I fully understood what we were getting into. He treated us with the up most respect from beginning to end. GOOD life home loans should be proud to have someone like Chris Lee representing there company..he did a remarkable job for us.

Apr 17,2019Company and all representatives are wonderful & so helpful. No one makes you make any decisions in a speedy way and constantly ask if you understand or have any questions. Process was quick (within 3 business weeks) and easy especially for us senior citizens. We have to give a shout out to "Chris Lee" our representative who always kept us informed every step of the way either by phone or email. So kind & we were so bless to have him. We like the process of never feeling pushed into any decisions and could take as long as we needed to before making a final decision.
