We look after the legal side of residential property sales, purchases and remortgage. We act for corporate clients, 'High Street' Lenders and individuals wishing to change their mortgage product from one brand to another.
We are based in Maidenhead but provide services to customers and clients nationwide. We are available for personal meetings with our local clients and available on the phone for our clients who are based elsewhere in the country.

Nov 17,2022wish I could rate this company a minus score, dreadful from start to finish, they dealt with two remortgages for me, inefficient, indecisive, without being able to go into huge detail I cannot explain how bad they were. I for one would never use them again.

Nov 03,2022So firstly happy to get remortgage through on time. Communication lines were not great using the portal as it took days to get a reply at times and other times we’d receive incorrect requests. They also lost one of our documents we sent recorded delivery so we had to send it again. Phone lines you could be waiting hours to get hold of someone. Didn’t use them by choice as they came with the mortgage provider.

Oct 31,2022I've had some trouble remortgaging because of a broker error but have eventually sorted it, this time around using Gordons Property Lawyers, who I think must be Natwest's choice (I didn't find them myself). This was a simple re-mortgage so no other buyer/seller solicitor involved. I didn't need to speak to anyone, but I did need to know how to use the portal. Not problematic for me, but might be for less IT literate people. The documentation and instructions were clear and, most importantly, the process was fast. My earlier experience with a firm retained by the broker was bloody awful and I know from previous experience that solicitors can often seem to hold up the process. I'm very satisfied.
