Apr 25,2022The 1st PCR test came back as inconclusive. That's acceptable, they contacted me and they offered a free re-test, all good so far, still 30 hours before my flight. With 3 hours before my flight I still have not had my results and they are impossible to contact. 30+ phone calls with "all customer service agents busy, please leave a message". Messages left as well and no-one has got back to me. So I'm heading to the airport with no idea whether I will be able to fly. Update - they did eventually call me back and managed to e-mail me the PCR certificate before the flight.

Apr 23,2022I would thoroughly recommend this company the whole process from booking to end result was efficient.My PCR to fly was taken at Exeter Airport at 9.30 am and the results were emailed to me by 9.00pm the same day.If i need a test to fly again i will be using this service again.

The whole procedure was quick, efficient, the staff were friendly, & we were out within 10 minutes. Results were out within 12hrs. Would recommend if flying out from Norwich Airport.
