Covid test for travel- staff were approachable and super-helpful, going above & beyond the basics to assist
Arrived at Norwich Airport, clear signage to test area. Greeted cheerfully went through a few questions & straight to cubical & tested, only took minutes. Result back at 21.20 same day. Excellent service Thank you

Very quick very efficient, just an observation the location was fine but the building they was working from was a porter cabin and not where we was asked to go. Other than that very good.

Testing was quick, efficient and well organised. The booking process was easy, and the administration on arrival was easy and administered to a high level. Results and paperwork followed within the time promised, so all in all an excellent provision.
I have emailed a request for a proof of payment receipt. Despite acknowledgement of my email, no one has sent it to me. There seems to be no automatic mechanism for proof of payment to be sent to the customers email address. The customer has to ask for it. This is not very good.

Apr 22,2022I was asked if I had covid symptoms in last 7 days for a pcr test. I replied no. Failed pcr so could not fly, however, I was not asked if I had covid itself previously which I had 1 month previous. This meant unknown to me I only needed to take a lateral flow test which I had self tested and passed that morning. Devastated. Awaiting partial flight refund before re-booking. Pleased to hear back from the company so uprated star rating and will use again for lateral flow test
