Results were efficiently provided, however, the timing of providing those results should be noted before a customer selects a testing appointment time. This would ensure their receiving the test results in a timely manner and when needed.

Apr 10,2022Once I purchased the PCR test and paid for it, I received notification that if I booked the time after 12:00 the results could take up to 48 hours. This information should have been listed before you sign up for the test. We went to the Norwich Airport earlier to make sure we had the results in time for our flight from Heathrow the next day. The staff was fantastic and we would highly recommend GPDQ to other travelers

The service there is done in a very professional way, appointments are always on time and the people who work there are very welcoming and provide any assistance that is needed. Results come back quickly, we usually wait for printed results.
