Apr 07,2022Easy online sign up. When we arrived, I was in and out in 5-7 minutes. Results were held up by my Business’ IT restrictions but once requested to release, received right away. Customer service was great in assisting me and even sent results a second time to ensure I received them. Friendly staff as well. Thank you!!

Apr 06,2022Technician doing the PCR test seemed uncertain what to do: he swabbed the buccal cavities, not the tonsil area, and needed two feeble, short insertion, swabs in each nostril. Not surprisingly, the test came back Inconclusive and had to be redone the next day, at considerable stress to me because of the closeness to my flight. This time a very proficient technician did it - and the test was negative. An extra charge was added to my bill on top of the £89 for the PCR test, ostensibly for a kit to use on returning to the UK. I had not requested this. It was about £40. The receptionist said she had never heard of such a kit unless it was what she called a 1 or 2 day kit. She undertook to get the amount refunded. I await this refund. And a small gripe; if some symbols used in the passwords (Ii, Ll, 1) cause confusion, either drop them or use a better typeface

Apr 06,2022folks I had made a booking for 10:30 am on a Monday 28/3/22 but when I did not receive an automated response I got in contact with your support who replied they could confirm my appointment at 12:30pm I did not realise that an after noon appointment meant that I would miss my sample being tested that same day and would be held to the next day. My flight was on Tuesday 29/3/22. I had to pay for an additional Lateral flow test as I need to complete a digital form for Australia before travel. Folks had I obtained 10:30 am appointment I would not have incurred the additional cost of a lateral flow (I was advised that the time difference issue was due to daylight savings between date of my booking 23/3 and date of test 28/3 as daylight savings commenced 27/8 and that this was a known issue
