The first order went sublimely without a hitch, the second order had a problem but it was dealt with in a very professional and efficient manner. Firstly the product - 'Grade A' quality is an understatement - both screens I bought were flawless and honestly couldn't tell they weren't new, except for the boxes having been resealed. They look fantastic and work perfectly. The price was good too which always helps. The speed of dispatch and delivery and their communication was brilliant.
