Only failing on my part was I forgot to ask the engineer if I could use the old booster with the new kit. Thanks again Grain, super service!

Feb 12,2025Lied to my partner on the phone telling him they don't do non contract tariffs...and tried to get him to go with a contract saying that when he moves in with me they will take over my internet...Even though when i looked on their website they do have non contract tariffs so actually there is no need to do that and refused to change him onto a non contract tariff. Also the online chat tool is completely useless.

The agent was very friendly and informative and advised me which broadband deal to choose for my needs. The switch from my previous provider to Grain was efficient and stress free. Feb 11,2025Absolutely useless! Tried to set up with them online 4 times but the code would never send to my phone. They contacted me back the next day. All seemed good until they said I need to pay for a phone package on top of the brodband. No thanks I dont want another bill for something I wont use. Funny thats not mentioned in their endless barrage of junk mail they send you in the mail non stop. Glad I didnt waste my money or time with this company. From what Ive heard and read think I dodged a bullet.
