Feb 07,2025It was so easy and which to get through to speak to someone by phone.Sam was my first contact and he was so friendly,helpful,understanding and patient.No rush,pressure just helpful info.We had just moved house and hadn't had broadband for a long time so had lots lots of questions-all answered well.we arranged for fitting and within a few days it was in.Chris the engineer was very respectful.No mess-Took his boots off inside. We had a couple of technical issues afterwards and rang for advice.No problem.All was sorted remotely. The prices for the packages are very reasonable but the service is second to none.Thank you.
