Feb 06,2025New grain customer / old virgin media customer. We've had Grain for a few weeks now and I can't believe how great it has been, we were with Virgin for almost 3 years and I thought their wifi was good but Grain has been AMAZING. I've been able to stream TV shows on the Channel 4 app, I always thought we had a rubbish smart TV but since Grain the shows have streamed with no problems! I was really nervous to switch from an established broadband provider to a new one but we can't fault the service with Grain so far. If they are able to provide in your area I would switch in heartbeat. The installation was quick and our engineer Micheal Grant worked hard to place our router where we wanted it. There was no mess, great professional and friendly service. I am so glad Virgin decided up our bill and not give us a cheaper deal, because they wouldn't be able to match Grain's speeds or costs.

Feb 06,2025Great service the wifi is cheaper than many and better signals. The wifi doesn't lag which problems I had with previous providers. I made a phone call got an appointment and was installed. Excellent.

Feb 06,2025Just had broadband installation by grain, it was carried out by a very pleasant engineer called Zak, from beginning to end he kept me informed, and made sure everything was where I wanted it, very clean and tidy, in fact when he left, couldn't tell he'd been, would recommend grain to all, I have similar package to previous provider, but at much less cost, also seems much better .

Feb 05,2025Had a brief outage this morning, which is the first I've experienced with Grain since joining back in 2022. Usual checks completed, I rang the tech team as soon as the desk opened (09:00 promptly) and was greeted by David G who skipped over the basic checks (understanding that I had done them) and diagnosed the issue within a few minutes. Very transparent and clear with what the issue was and had called me back by 09:15. All resolved and happily back to normal! Thank you David G. I can't recommend Grain Connect enough and praise their tech and network teams.

Feb 05,2025I unfortunately can’t remember the name of the engineer that visited today however he was brilliant. Respectful, knowledgable and cleaned up after himself. Broadband is up and running and virgin media was switched off right after which Grain sorted for me. Service so far has been excellent and I’m hoping it continues to be.
