Oct 19,2024My experience with grain hasn’t been the best. I was it was different but it isn’t. I’m in an old Victorian terrace house the WiFi drops On a daily basis. Despite resetting the router. We opted for the phone package. And that seems to play up. I’m sure it’s a great company. I’ve read some great reviews. It’s a shame my experience hasn’t been the best. I will be going elsewhere when my contract is up for Renew

Oct 19,2024Initial Phone call with Queenie was amazing - waited no time in the queue, she was super helpful and gave me great info about what the installation would be like. Installation was very tidy, quick and professional. I would say to new people to realise that not having the router wall mounted is fine - it's just like a normal router and is not that big. Speed is really good and price is amazing!
