Oct 16,2024Issue after issue with the installation - Didnt come on the date booked - then told first appointment but arrived just before 11am - Claimed the traffic was busy - it really wasnt! Online chat unhelpful and then to follow up the engineer has left area he was working a mess, all the rubbish and a tool! The Broadband is working which is why I am giving it 2 stars!

Oct 16,2024From the moment I signed up on my doorstep, Grain have kept me fully informed about when my new fibre would be up and running! On install day, they arrived on time and were very polite. They cleaned everything up after themselves and left me with a fantastically fast connection. I’d been having issues with my old provider for a few years (very slow) and now I’m so happy that I’ve switched. Once the install guys left, I received various emails reminding me about my direct debit date and even a text message with my WiFi password on! Brilliant
