Feb 08,2025Sam has installed our broadband and couldn’t be more happy with the service provided, she was extremely patient and lovely towards my parents whose English is not their first language, she explained everything to them and made sure they were happy with everything before she left. As for the internet, it’s perfect, we have a lot of things connected at our house and everything runs fast and smooth. Their customer service is also amazing. Couldn’t recommend Grain and Sam more!

He was also happy to explain the details of the installation process while he worked through it, which I appreciated. I'm very happy with the quality of service provided today.
