Since then, no issues and excellent service overall. Would recommend to anyone. Looking forward to renewing my contract

I've been with grain for almost 1 year now and I have to say no other company comes close to quality of this service. I've been with Sky/Virgin/BT/3 non of them even compared to Grain!

Mar 04,2025You don’t often say that about a broadband installation but it was an exceptionally smooth install process, with excellent comms and attention while the install process was in play. The connection itself does everything the old connection did at twice the speed and nearly half the price. No in contract price rises either. An old school broadband connection with no fuss.

Mar 04,2025I was longing for another internet provider to break through the usual high priced rubbish that many main stream network providers offer. Along came Grain with top speeds, excellent customer services and low prices. I have been with them now for over a year and I can assure that the price I pay has not changed at all. Top notch networking with no problems what so ever. I only wish that Grain take over many more areas in my home town so many main stream networking services either have to give a more fair service and price or 'get another job' !! I cannot recommend Grain enough... they are awesome !!

The broadband price they offered for new customer is very attractive and the internet speed is good so far. In my opinion the router should be flexible to move rather than fixed on the wall with the bracket. The installation engineer Ashley was very supportive and he explained full process of installation. He tidy up the area and left it very clean. I'm hoping that Grain will continue with this good customer services. Thank you. Thank you

Mar 03,2025Wanted to put a 0 star review but it wouldn't let me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the actions of Grain Connect in our area. They are installing their services without any prior notice or consent from the residents. Roads have been dug up, driveways blocked, and workers have been digging on weekends, including Sundays — which is illegal unless there is an emergency, and this certainly isn't one. The workers have displayed poor attitudes throughout the process, and there has been no communication or signage informing residents of where or when work would be carried out. On top of that, some neighbors have found their driveways completely blocked, and equipment has been stored in personal gardens, which is outright trespassing. Additionally, they blocked an entire pavement near a set of pedestrian traffic lights, forcing pedestrians to walk into the road, which is dangerous and irresponsible. If Grain Connect continues to ignore the legal requirements for installation, they are unlikely to gain any trust or customers in the area. The way they’ve handled this has been nothing short of a disaster for the community.
